Rice flour dusted and pan seared. Accompanied with a spinach pesto cream sauce, roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Local pickerel served with a lobster brandy reduction sauce; roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Seafood Angel Hair Pasta - $22
Argentinian red shrimp and ocean scallops tossed with charred tomatoes, fresh basil and angel hair pasta

Rib Eye Steak - $30
10 oz. grilled to your liking accompanied by Dijon roasted mushrooms, crispy onion and red wine gorgonzola reduction; smashed red potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Beet Risotto - $16
Tender Arborio rice tossed with red beet puree and garnished with goats cheese and spiced pecans

Cornish Hen - $27
Rosemary roasted hen served atop smoked ham and white bean risotto; served with seasonal vegetables

Saturday Night Prime Rib - $27
