Jackson Fish Market’s Lake Erie pickerel fillet, lightly marinated in garlic and fresh herbs, skewered and grilled, on a bed of greens tossed in a lemon-dill vinaigrette

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
Portobello mushroom cap, stuffed with baby spinach, tangy goat cheese and roasted red peppers; drizzled with our house made balsamic dressing; served over a bed of mixed greens

Crushed Walnut Brie Melt
Half wheel of creamy brie, topped with crushed walnuts, baked warm and gooey with toasted baguette slices and red currant sauce

Pork Wanton Taco
Slow roasted Ontario pork shoulder, shredded and blended with a peach-mango BBQ sauce, stuffed into crispy baked wanton cups and topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and green onion

Pomegranate Beef Satay
Tender strips of flat iron steak, marinated in garlic, fresh herbs and olive oil, skewered and lightly grilled, drizzled with a sweet-tart pomegranate syrup on panzanella bread salad

Jackson Fish Market Lake Erie yellow perch, lightly dusted in gluten free rice flour and pan seared; finished with seasoned rice, market vegetables and caper butter

Cajun Pickerel Fillet
Jackson Fish Market pickerel fillet dusted in Cajun spices and pan seared; includes market vegetables, seasoned rice and mango marmalade

Chicken Africano
Ontario chicken breast, marinated North African style in cinnamon and spices; pan roasted and served with couscous, fresh vegetables and Harissa sauce

Ontario Beef Tenderloin
8oz. of Farmgate Market`s Ontario tenderloin, rolled in fresh herbs, seasoned and grilled to your preference, with fresh vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and Bernaise sauce

Rib Eye Steak
10oz. of Ontario rib eye steak, seasoned and grilled to your preference, sautéed cremini mushrooms, fresh vegetables, herb roasted potatoes and red wine sauce

Salmon Fillet
Fresh salmon filet, stuffed with dill, green onions, fennel and tangy goat cheese. Pan roasted with fresh vegetables, herb roasted potatoes and pomegranate, lime and Cuervo sauce

Pork Tenderloin Medallions
6 oz of Ontario raised pork tenderloin, rubbed with chili spices and grilled, brushed with apricot-ginger glaze with fresh vegetables and herb roasted potatoes

Wild Mushroom Ravioli
House-made noodles, stuffed with wild mushrooms, ricotta cheese and fresh herbs, tossed in a garlic chive butter sauce, baby spinach and shallots
