Appetizers

Seafood Bisque en Croute
Tender shrimp, crab meat and PEI mussels and Yukon gold potato, simmered in a rich creamy broth, served piping hot with a crust of flaky puff pastry

Butternut Squash Strudel
Roasted butternut squash mixed with blue cheese and apples, wrapped in phyllo pastry and baked golden brown. Topped with toasted walnut and served over a bed of greens.

Entrees

Pickerel Wellington
Lake Erie pickerel brushed with Dijon mustard, wrapped in puff pastry and baked golden brown. Served with wild rice, seasoned vegetables and drizzled with a lemon dill sauce.

Spinach and Grilled Vegetable Gemelli
Tender baby spinach and grilled mixed vegetable tossed with gemelli pasta in a light garlic and pesto cream sauce

Desserts

Chocolate Mousse
Layered white & dark chocolate mousse, topped with a chocolate covered strawberry & shaved white chocolate

Apple Fritters
Tart Granny Smith apple slices, dipped in cinnamon batter fried golden brown and drizzled with butterscotch sauce.
