Lunch $30 - Appetizers: Salted cod cakes with herb aioli or Perch tocos with corn salsa, chimichurri sauce, crema   Mains: Fisherman pie with fresh lake fish and whipped bake potato or Crispy trout with kettle chips and Granny Smith apple and red cabbage slaw

Dinner $40 - Appetizers: Roasted heirloom beet salad with Thornberry curd pickerel, apple, blue cheese, walnut, red wine vinaigrette or Pesto gnudi with sauteed white shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, manchego cheee   Mains: Roasted cream corn with fried pickerel filet, red haven peach chutney, day vegetables or Fried ricotta cheese pancake with Lake Erie yellow perch, lemon dill cream and roasted baby beets
