First Course - Beef carpaccio with arugula, lemon olive oil, manchego cheese, horseradish creama
Second Course - Warm mushroom bacon salad with boursin, frisee lettuce, mustard vinaigrette
Main Course - Grilled beef tenderloin with tapioca, rapini, smoked cashew, port wine
Dessert - "Drop butter tart" with maple walnut ice cream
