About Us

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque fishing village, the Kettle Creek Inn, a member of Ontario's Finest Inns, offers exceptional accommodation and incredible cuisine at our Port Stanley Inn.

We are a small and unique inn. Therefore our guests may be assured of a cozy and congenial atmosphere with plenty of attention to detail. With ten guest rooms and five romantic suites, we are ideal for all occassions - an escape, a private conference or retreat.

Constructed in 1849 as a summer home for the local Port Stanley Justice of the Peace, the main building first became an inn in 1918, but was significantly expanded and restored in 1983 and 1990 by the present owners.

The original Port Stanley inn and two custom-built guest houses encircle the courtyard. English gardens and a folksy gazebo create a peaceful oasis. The parlour, with its fireplace, the intimate English pub provide old world charm.

Indulge your senses with Port Stanley’s long sandy beaches, summer theatre, two golf courses, winery tours, unique boutiques and art galleries. There are also sailing charters, hiking trails and scenic country backroads. Finally, you can perfect the art of doing nothing!
